Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on investverdict.com, operated by RAJDEVAM CROCERY. Please read it before you pay. By purchasing a plan you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of the product

InvestVerdict sells access to digital subscription plans (software tools and reports). Access is delivered instantly and electronically the moment your payment is confirmed. There is no physical product and no shipping.

2. Cancellation

Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your access simply ends when the paid period expires, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. You may choose to purchase again at any time.

3. Refunds

Because plans grant immediate digital access, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated. However, in the interest of fairness, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate / accidental payment: if you were charged more than once for the same plan, or charged in error, the extra amount will be fully refunded.
Payment succeeded but plan not activated: if your payment was deducted but your plan was not activated and we are unable to activate it, you will receive a full refund.
Failed transactions: if money is debited for a failed/incomplete transaction, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank; if it is not reversed within 5–7 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, non-use of the service, or dissatisfaction with fund performance or market outcomes (InvestVerdict provides research and educational tools only and does not guarantee any investment result — see our Disclaimer).

4. How to request a refund

Email support@investverdict.com from your registered email within 7 days of the transaction, including your order/payment reference ID and the reason. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
