These Terms govern your use of investverdict.com ("InvestVerdict", "we", "us"), a brand owned and operated by RAJDEVAM CROCERY ("the Company"). By accessing or using the website or paying for any plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

InvestVerdict provides data-driven mutual-fund research, comparison and calculation tools for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and we do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or scheme. See our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information (name, email, mobile number).

3. Plans, pricing & payments

Paid plans (e.g. Pro, Advisor) are offered as one-time purchases for a customer-selected duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). You pay the displayed amount once and access is granted for the chosen period.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Your plan is activated after we receive successful payment confirmation. Amounts are billed under the name RAJDEVAM CROCERY.
Access automatically reverts to the Free plan when the paid period ends. Plans do not auto-renew; you may purchase again at any time to extend access.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data, reselling or redistributing our content or reports, reverse-engineering the platform, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, and software on InvestVerdict are owned by RAJDEVAM CROCERY or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Market and fund data are sourced from public/third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or up to date, and past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAJDEVAM CROCERY shall not be liable for any investment losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
