We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and we do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data, reselling or redistributing our content or reports, reverse-engineering the platform, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, design, and software on InvestVerdict are owned by RAJDEVAM CROCERY or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Market and fund data are sourced from public/third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners.
The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or up to date, and past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAJDEVAM CROCERY shall not be liable for any investment losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
When you create an account you are asked to agree to these Terms, and separately offered three permissions. The first is required because the service cannot be provided without it; the other three are yours to give or withhold, and to change later from your account page. Whichever you choose is recorded against your account with the version of this document and the date — so what you agreed to is a matter of record, not of memory.
To provide the service we process the email address and mobile number you give us, the plan you hold, your payment references, and the pages and tools you use while signed in. We contact you about your account, your payments, security matters and material changes to the service. This is not marketing and cannot be switched off while you hold an account, because an account nobody can be told about cannot be operated.
If you allow it, we may contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp about your account and the service, including reminders about a trial ending or a payment due. Withdrawing this leaves us email only, which we will still use for the matters in 9.1.
If you allow it, we may send you research notes, new tools, pricing offers and occasional promotional material. Every such message carries a way to stop it, and stopping it has no effect on your plan or your access.
If you allow it, we may study how the service is used — which screens, which metrics, which searches — to decide what to fix and what to build. We may also include you in early access to new tools, features and services that InvestVerdict develops in future, on the same account and without a further sign-up, and contact you about them.
Two limits on that, stated plainly because a permission for "future services" is otherwise open-ended. First: anything genuinely new that needs data or permissions beyond what is described here will ask you again, in its own words, at the time. Second: this permission never extends to selling or renting your personal information to anyone, which we do not do under any permission on this page.
We do not place trades, hold your money, or ask for your bank account credentials, card PIN, net-banking password or any one-time password for a bank. We do not sell your personal information. We do not act as your adviser or make recommendations for you personally. Anyone contacting you in our name and asking for any of those things is not us — tell us at support@investverdict.com.
We keep the information described in 9.1 for as long as you hold an account and afterwards only where law requires it — payment and tax records in particular. You may at any time ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw an optional permission, or delete your account. An account deletion removes your profile and your saved work; it does not remove records we are required to keep, such as invoices.
Your information is processed in India. Where a third party processes it on our behalf — payment processing, email delivery, analytics, cloud hosting — they are permitted to use it only to provide that service to us. The Privacy Policy lists the categories and is part of these Terms.
Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the number of days stated at the point you start it, is available once per account, and ends automatically. Nothing is charged at the end of a trial and no payment method is required to begin one: when the days are up the paid features simply lock again. Different products may carry different trial lengths, and a trial of one product does not extend to another unless it says so.
Some plans are sold for a single product — the mutual-fund research site, for example — at a lower price than a plan covering all of InvestVerdict. A single-product plan gives you the paid features of that product only. Every other tool remains available to you at its free level, exactly as it is to anyone with an account. An InvestVerdict-wide plan covers every product, including that one.
We may grant access to a product without payment — during support, as part of an arrangement, or while something is being put right. Such access carries an end date unless stated otherwise, is recorded against your account, and may be withdrawn. It is not a purchase and creates no continuing entitlement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
